This is the larger size Prairie Craftsman Style chandelier shade, which is 22" side to side.  The larger size has a four bulb electrical cluster, (and the smaller size has a 2 bulb electrical cluster). Fixture includes quarter sawn oak chain, and ceiling canopy, woven cloth electrical cord, and quarter sawn oak shade.

The standard fixture includes the mica shade panels and stained glass is extra.
The general accepted rule of hanging chandeliers above a diningroom table is 30 to 36 inches above the table top. When placing the chandelier or pendant in a normal room it shold be placed no less than 7 feet above the floor.
 
The standard model is intended for the lamp to hang above a dining room table, in a room with standard 8 foot high ceilings. So, the standard total length of the fixture (from top to bottom) is 32".
 
If you have a 9 foot high ceiling the total length of the fixture (from top to bottom) should be 40". If you have a 10 foot high ceiling the total length of the fixture (from top to bottom) should be 50". For calculating prices of chandeliers over 56 inches in total length please add an additional cost of $20 for each additional foot of chain required. If you have an 8 foot ceiling and you want the chandelier to hang in a hallway the chandeliers total length is 12 inches.  If you have a 9 foot ceiling it is 24 inches, a 10 foot ceoling is 36".
