At Ragsdale Home Furnishings, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted lamps. Each piece is made to order with attention to detail and care. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on lamps purchased directly from Ragsdale Home Furnishings, under the following conditions:

Return Window: You may return your lamp within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the lamp is in unused, original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and offer either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of our handcrafted lamps, custom or personalized orders (such as lamps with specific design features or finishes) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at ragsdale335@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Condition of Return: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and materials. The lamp must be free from any signs of wear, alterations, or damage caused after delivery.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the lamp is damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as Ragsdale is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
